Hi, I’m Jaime Caldera. I’ve spent over 26 years leading retail teams and building brands across Canada, the U.S., and Europe—from men’s fashion to wellness to design. But long before I stepped into boardrooms and showrooms, I found myself in barbershops—first as a kid, then as a curious teenager, and eventually as the guy everyone called for a clean cut.
Growing up, my dad was all about looking sharp. Pressed shirts, polished shoes, and regular visits to the neighbourhood barbershop. At home, my mom—who was a freelance hairdresser—kept the clippers buzzing. One day, she came back from San Francisco with a new set and a faster way to cut hair. I watched. I learned. Then I started cutting my brothers’ hair when she wasn’t around. Before long, I was the go-to guy for buzz cuts, then fades, then full-on cuts for friends and classmates. Twenty bucks a cut—and a whole lot of practice.
While my professional journey took me through leadership roles at brands like Jack & Jones, Tommy Hilfiger, Saje, and CF Interiors, that love for barbering never left me. It followed me through every stage of life—grounding me, inspiring me, and eventually, calling me to open The Shore Barbers.
This barbershop is about more than great cuts. It’s about creating a space that feels familiar and fresh at the same time. A space where everyone’s welcome—whether you’re a regular, a newcomer, a toddler getting your first trim, or a woman maintaining a short style. It’s about blending timeless service with today’s expectations.
And I’m not doing it alone. My brother Paul—who owns two successful barbershops in Shanghai and recently launched his own hair product line—is behind me with advice, inspiration, and decades of global experience.

At The Shore Barbers, we provide a range of grooming services including haircuts, beard trims, and styling. Our skilled barbers are dedicated to ensuring you leave feeling your best, no matter your style preference.
Our barbershop is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM. We are closed on Mondays to allow our team to rest and recharge for the week ahead.
